Initially, I planned to become an independent recruiter. However, after six months, I gained further clarity on what truly energized me, and realized this path was missing the mark. My greatest day-to-day enjoyment came from helping my ex-colleagues who were struggling in their own careers. I quickly recognized a huge need for improved tools and advice that are currently severely lacking in the market.
